The monsters must be stored in dry place and normal room temperature to prevent from the growth of mould on the synthetic leather
Do not overstuff your monsters
Do not use washing machine to bathe your monsters
You can drop some alcohol / cajuput oil to cloth/tissue then wipe it to the synthetic leather patch (monster’s eyes and mouth) to remove stains

Can I see the real product and buy directly? / Does Peppercorns have an offline store?
No. Peppercorns is an online store where you can shop 24 hours a day. Goods ordered via our website will be sent to your address.

Do I have to create an account to shop at peppercornsmonsterland.com?
Yes. By creating your account, it makes it easier for you to shop because you do not need to write your personal data and your address every time you shop.

Can I cancel my order?
If we do not receive payment within 2x24 hours, We will automatically cancel the reservation

What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders via JNE for domestic and EMS for international shipping.

How soon do my order will be delivered to me?
Our shipping day is Monday and Thursday.  Product that have been purchased will be processed on 2 bussiness day and will be submitted to the nearest shipping day. It takes 2-5 workdays for delivery.

My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If it's still under the shipping time service limit, just wait. You can track your order position via JNE Website once the order status is "Sent To Courier Service" AND you have received the consignment number. If it has exceeded the shipping time limit, we will follow up the order problem to JNE immediately. Please inform us about your shipping problems by SMS to +62857 2010 8852

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store? / Can I make a custom order?
No. We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time.

I want to pre-order some of the out of stock items. Can I?
No. You can only order items that in stock. Restocked products will be announced via our facebook page  instagramand twitter account as soon as those are available for you.

When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for our newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email alerts each time we release a product.

Can i negotiate the price listed?
All prices are fixed.

I do not live in Indonesia Can I order online?

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you think you're not receiving any emails from Peppercorns (24 hours after ordering), please check the "Spam" or "Junk" folder in your email.

Can the product purchased be exchanged?
Items that have been purchased can not be exchanged unless its size does not fit. Shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer.
Note: If the item to be exchange out of stock, you have to wait for the stock replenished. Products can be exchanged within a maximum period of 3 working days after receiving the product (item is still in good condition)
